Renovation of a 115 sqm apartment in the old town of Pavia, in Via Porta Pertusi XX, which consists in the
enhancement of the view towards an old Abbey and the city Cathedral. The addiction of a new sleeping area,
wardrobe and bathroom at the mezzanine floor allows to optimize the use of space by concentrating the
Living/Dining on a large 40 sqm surface. The analysis of the historical traces of the existing made possible to
retrieve the old arches and to restore their beauty, by defining a new connection between both dining/kitchen
and living/foyer areas.
